Tulip Tree Cottage is a luxurious barn conversion cottage in the Derbyshire village of Turnditch just four miles from Belper. With two double bedrooms, one single and one family room (with three single beds), this cottage can sleep up to eight people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a family bathroom, a wet room style shower room and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is a private patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, shared use of a paddock with play items and a picnic bench as well as off road parking for three cars. With its neighbouring cottage, Tulip Tree Cottage can sleep up to ten people making it ideal for a family looking to explore the Peak District and the Derbyshire Dales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A very warm welcome on arrival and we were made to feel that for the duration of the holiday the property was ours. Wonderful scenery from the garden and plenty of things on hand in the garden shed to keep the children happy.

,Gorgeous views, lovely scenery. Great location, easy to travel to the Peak District or into Derby. Cottage nicely decorated and everything in good working order. Ideal for young children as all on one level (no stairs) and a large garden with play area (swings/slide).
