Details: TRANSPEAK WALKS is a 'not for profit' voluntary group which organises an interesting programme of "free to the public" guided walks in The Peak District. The walks vary in their challenge and length to suit most reasonably keen walkers. We specialise in linear Station to Station walks, concentrating on The Hope Valley (Manchester - Sheffield), Buxton & Glossop railway lines.

TRANSPEAK WALKS was formed in early 2005 to take over the responsibility, from The Hope Valley & High Peak Transport Partnership, for running and co-ordinating the varied programme of guided walks based on the use of public transport to access this part of the Peak District National Park.
