Details: The Derbyshire Flying Centre (DFC) was established in 1987 by Stephen Hudson - British Hang Gliding team member. They have negotiated training hills in the beautiful Peak District National Par and also have access to hill sites covering all wind directions and all pilot abilities.

The instruction is carried out by British Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association (BHPA) qualified instructors. They have a friendly team, whose intimate knowledge of local sites and conditions will make your passage to pilot a success.

The school is situated in the centre of the Peak District only forty minutes drive from Sheffield, Manchester, Derby and only three hours from London.
