Details: Crich Tramway Village is billed as the most delightfully different Action Attraction you'll ever find. Children enjoy the experience just as enthusiastically as their elders and this is one of the few museums where dogs (on leads) are welcome to enjoy your visit along with their owners....

Vintage Trams

The vintage trams run every few minutes through the Period Street to open countryside, with stunning views all around.

There is a huge variety of trams - open, closed, double and single deck, horse drawn, steam and vintage electric. Trams have been saved and restored from all over Britain as well as Portugal, Prague, Johannesburg and New York.

Exhibition Hall

Indoors the Exhibition Hall houses the Tracks in Time experience which vividly tells the story of the trams from horse drawn to electric motor.

The Tea Rooms, Refreshment Kiosk. picnic areas, playground, Emporium and Forge offer food, books, souvenirs, models and gifts.

The National Tramway Museum - an exciting doorway to the future and the past!

A Period Townscape bursting with authentic details - lamps, granite setts and gates from another, more leisurely era - yet the Museum charts the progress of the new Tramway systems springing to life around the country.
