Throwley Hall Farm offers a choice of ETC 4 stars farmhouse B&B and four substantial holiday cottages, also 4* on a working farm in a beautiful area of the Peak District National Park. Dogs allowed by arrangement.

Throwley Hall Farm bed and breakfast 
Throwley Hall Farm is a Georgian built farmhouse conveniently situated in the quiet countryside near to the beautiful Manifold Valley and Dovedale.

Superb scenery and walking country are right on the doorstep, and attractions such as Alton Towers are a short journey away.

The farm stands on a spur overlooking the Manifold Valley. This is one of the most famous rivers of the Peak District and carves a spectacular deep valley with numerous rocky crags, a sight which is matched locally only by Dovedale - just a few miles away.

The farm is a working beef cattle farm and has a long history - next door to the farmhouse stand the ruins of Throwley Hall, a 16th century manor house.

The farm specialises in pedigree Charolais cattle, which graze in the fields surrounding the farm, and on the hillside overlooking the Manifold valley.

You will find Throwley Hall Farm a warm and welcoming place to stay, with our clean, comfortable rooms and hearty breakfasts.

Our accommodation comprises:
- Two double bedroooms, one en-suite & one with bathroom adjacent
- One family bedroom - en-suite
- Two twin bedroom - en-suite
- A lounge/sitting room with colour TV.
- All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and there are TVs and washbasins in the bedrooms.
- The farmhouse is centrally heated and has a valid Fire Certificate.

Bed and Breakfast from £32.00 per person per night. 
Excellent full English breakfast included with oatcakes, cereals & fruit. 
Pets and children are welcome. The garden is large with room for children to run about safely.

LATHAM HALL holiday cottage
- Latham Hall is 4 star rated and accommodates up to 12 people.
- It is a large, attractive former farmhouse situated near the village of Calton, not far from the A52 Leek - Ashbourne road.
The facilities include
- Fitted carpets (except in the bathroom, kitchen and utility room)
- Central heating
- Sitting room with colour TV and video
- Living Room with colour TV and piano
- Dining Kitchen: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher
- Shower and toilet downstairs
- Bathroom and toilet upstairs
- Cot and high chair, telephone, washer and dryer all provided.
- Linen is supplied at no extra cost.
The bedroom accommodation comprises
- One double bedroom downstairs with additional single bed and cot
- One bedroom with en-suite facilities
- Two bedrooms each with a double bed and one single bed
- Dogs are allowed - an extra £5 each.
- This is a sheep farming area and dogs must be kept on leads.
- A 25% deposit is required when booking.

- Throwley Cottage is 4 star rated and accommodates up to 7 people.
