Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The holiday was very relaxing and the hot tub was just at the right temperature and just a nice thing to do at the of the day. A good base to get to Chatsworth House where Pride and Prejudice and The Duchess were filmed. The garden at Chatsworth was beautiful and worth the visit. Matlock has a nice park and just a short walk away you will find another park which the river Derwent flows through.

,The Loft is an exceptionally private conversion, decor is superb, surrounding areas are amazing and so peaceful, and so near to amazing villages. We absolutely loved it when it rained as we didn't have to leave The Loft! I would love to recommend The Loft to any couples seeking a romantic and very private break. 10 out of 10!
