The cottage has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom which make it suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. Close to the Peak District and Alton Towers, this cottage is ideal, no matter what you want from your holiday home.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was excellent, in very peaceful surroundings. The view from the windows was beautiful. The location was within easy reach of Derbsyshire attractions. We would certainly recommend it.

,Friendly welcome from the owner. The Byre was in excellent condition, very clean and the decor was very relaxing. The bed was very comfy. Although there were animals near by, we didn't hear them throughout the night or early morning. Would recommend this cottage to friends.
