The property, which has been finished to a good standard, has two double bedrooms, making it especially suitable for two couples or friends who wish to enjoy great walking, country inns and the Peaks pace of life. The good quality kitchen has a dining area, and guests will also enjoy the lovely sitting room and conservatory. There is an attractive lawned garden to the rear, with ridged steps, a bench and some lovely views over the village. A well behaved dog is welcome at this cottage, making it ideal for long walks over the dramatic dales and peaks of the region. Visit elegant Buxton, sample the original recipe pudding in Bakewell or simply relax in this welcoming cottage.

Lovely lawned garden with 11 ridged metal steps, garden bench and some village views. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: 11 stone and 11 ridged metal steps from cottage to lawn area - ensure children are supervised at all times.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This was our second visit to Tahoe which says it all really. A well presented property in an excellent location, friendly neighbours and the owner made us very much at home.
