The dining/ kitchen has a Rangemaster with gas hob and two ovens, microwave, 2 dishwashers and tall larder fridge. The bespoke table comfortably seats 14. Free parking, Wi-Fi, BBQ, washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer, bike storage and all within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and pubs and within the delivery area covered by the major supermarkets.

With 2 twin en-suites (1 on the ground floor), 1 double en-suite, 3 king en-suites, 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds to sleep two (adult size mattresses) and it's own private shower room and a downstairs cloak room, Sunnybank can very comfortably accommodate 14 people. There is also ample room within the bedrooms to cater for babies in travel cots.
There are stunning views to the rear towards the Black Rocks of Cromford, and sidewards looking at the Wild Cat Craggs (from the back garden) across the River Derwent where climbers can be seen ascending the cliff faces virtually every sunny day.
With large private gardens front and back, two patios, childrens play equipment, garden furniture, BBQ and additional utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, space to dry wet weather gear and store bicycles. Whatever the weather, Sunnybank offers the perfect base from which you, together with your friends and family, can explore the Peak District or just relax and watch the children (and adults) play.
Location:
The location is a walkers' dream, with an abundance of varied pathways to suit all ages and abilities. For the more adventurous there are a number of activities such as climbing (Cromford), absailing, clay pigeon shooting (every second Sunday at Middleton Top), caving and canoeing (Matlock Bath), fishing (Matlock or Carsington), golf (Matlock Golf Club), or you can visit some of the many historic attractions all on our doorstep.
The village centre is a few minutes walk away and has a good range of pubs, restaurants and shops. There is an outdoor pool open to the public during the summer months at a nearby hotel. Masson Shopping village is approximately 10 minutes walk from Sunnybank, as is the Heights of Abraham cable cars and the Mining museum.
Also within easy walking distance is the village of Cromford. This village has World Heritage Site status and also some useful convenience stores, restaurants and pubs.
One and a half miles away, Matlock town has a farmers market, Sainsburys and 'The Arc' state of the art sports facility. Slightly further afield in Darley Dale, Peak Rail has real steam trains to ride on at weekends and week days during the high season.
