Rokeby Cottage has 2 bedrooms and offers sleeping accommodation for 3. It is semi-detached and has been decorated to a very high standard throughout, offering superb views of the village and the Peak District National Park. The rear of the cottage has a patio area with garden furniture; perfect for a spot of summertime dining. Full central heating and an electric stove mean that you can enjoy all the region has to offer, even in the colder months. Although there is parking for 1 car, the local pub and other amenities are a mere 5-minute walk from your door.

Electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer in outside utility room, dishwasher, colour TV with DVD, stereo. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 small car, additional roadside parking available. Enclosed patio with furniture and fantastic countryside views. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £15 per dog per holiday (ground floor only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage was well situated and a good base for walking. A lovely cottage that has been nicely refurbished and decorated. It was also well equipped with everything we might have needed. I would definitely stay there again.
