IVY COTTAGE - Sleeps 2 to 7 plus 2 Infants

Ivy cottage is a luxurious holiday cottage that is located in the picturesque Peak District village of Winster. It can easily accommodate up to seven guests (plus two infants in cots) but is equally as popular with couples and smaller groups.
This beautiful detached stone house offers spacious accommodation and dates back to the early 1800’s. It affords beautiful south facing gardens with spacious decking areas where guests can relax whilst enjoying the lovely views over surrounding the countryside.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or a base from which to explore the Peak District National Park, Ivy Cottage is a perfect retreat.


Ivy Cottage has been renovated to a very high standard with excellent modern facilities whilst still retaining its charm and character.
Inside you will find:
- three bedrooms all with oak furniture, one with luxury ensuite
-  lounge with exposed beams and stove, home cinema system, SKY Freesat TV & Multi room
- games room with Wi-Fi, TV & DVD, Playstation 2 large selections of DVD movies and games
- dining room with oak and leather dining suite, garden room, Hi-Fi with I-Pod docking station
- superbly equipped kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer
- luxurious bathroom with double shower, double ended bath, double sinks on oak washstand and underfloor heating.
 
 
Outside Ivy Cottage has beautiful landscaped south facing gardens with large outside seating areas with views over surrounding countryside, large driveway with ample off street parking
 
A short stroll takes you into the heart of the village which was formerly an ancient lead-mining village dating back as far as the doomsday book (1086). Winster has two lovely pubs, a village shop and a post office. The village has a busy social calendar of events and is an attractive village with many medieval buildings reflecting the hey-day of its
mining legacy. Excellent walking is right on the doorstep.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices per week, Saturday to Saturday.
*Short stays and alternative start days may be available on request.
*Couples & small groups at reduced prices in low & mid season.

25% deposit required to confirm booking; balance payable 6 weeks before start of the booking.
N.B. In the event of cancellation monies paid are non-refundable unless the cottage is re-let for that period when 90% of monies paid will be refunded.
A refundable bond of £50 will be taken on booking. This will be refunded in full upon a satisfactory inspection of the holiday let at the end of the holiday period. The deposit will then be returned by post.

Sorry we do not take ‘Party’ bookings for such occasions as ‘Hen’ or ‘Stag’ parties.
