Information about the accommodation
* The accommodation occupies a corner position within the mill enjoying views over the river that meanders by its side before spilling into Monsal Dale downstream.
* The apartment is accessed from the central concourse, up several steps, but is then all on one level.
* Careful consideration has been given to coordinating the décor, with furnishings being carefully coordinated in a contemporary style throughout.
* The hall leads to the very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.
* The kitchen, being fully equipped, opens to the dining and lounge area with three large picture windows giving the room plenty of atmosphere. A small study / working area is in the corner of the room.
* Off the hall are the two bedrooms both of a very good size, the main bedroom with a double bed and its own en suite bathroom, with bath, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a similar en suite bathroom.
* There is also a general cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.
