Spacious 12m dining room with stunning views offering seating for 34 around a single table, and cosy woodburning stove.  Stereo system with Ipod dock
A total of 3 further lounges with a combination of leather sofas and chairs, TV / DVD player.
An additional bar area complete with Pool Table, Table Football and TV (with DVD & Karaoke).  Note the bar pumps are decorative only, but fridges are in use to chill your drinks..
Toilet for use next to lounge to save you the walk back to your room.....

All 13 bedrooms are en suite, and under the same roof (ideal for putting the little ones to bed securely to allow the fun to continue below!)
