The superb, excellent quality accommodation has been created by the conversion of a group of barns located across from open fields and footpaths in the hamlet of Little Longstone near Bakewell. The accommodation consists of the following individual holiday properties:
 

COW HAY - sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms

WEEKS: ££732 to £1159
SHORT BREAKS (min 3 nights): £580 to £917

This is inclusive of everything except dogs - £12 per dog.

This very spacious property has been turned 'upside down' to take full advantage of the character of the building and maximise the large living space now created on the first floor.
 
You enter on the ground floor where all the bedrooms are located, the main bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower rooms, with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a further double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

The two remaining bedrooms each have two sets of single beds, there is also a general bathroom with bath, with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs lead to the first floor and the open plan accommodation, with oak floors and occasional rugs.

The lounge sitting area has a gas effect stove, and the kitchen/dining area has all the essential equipment, including a range cooker, you will require for your stay.

The exposed king post trusses and vaulted ceiling adds considerably to the charm of this room and its atmosphere.

There is a sitting out area to the front of the property for visitors to enjoy.

It is possible for up to 12 people to dine together in Cow Hey, if Cow Hey is booked with any other cottage. Coup Close, Long Leys, Dunstone Pingle and Cow Hey are at the same location.

LONG LEYS - sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms

This cottage features one double bedroom and a 3/4 sized single bed.

A door to the rear leads to the hallway, to your left is the fully equipped kitchen / dining area with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

Also on the ground floor is the second bedroom with one 3/4 sized single bed.

The stairs lead to the main bedroom that has a double bed, also on this floor is the general bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs lead to the three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and its own en suite shower room with shower cubicle and hand basin. The second bedroom has a twin beds that can be linked upon request, and the third bedroom has a single bed.

The stairs, from this area, lead to the first floor and the bedroom, which has a double bed, that can split into 2 single beds on request, exposed oak beams and a vaulted ceiling, all adding to its charm.
