This delightful stone terraced cottage is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bakewell and has been lovingly restored to provide a fabulous holiday property. The siting room is cosy and inviting and has a wood burner to make the room a restful place after a busy day. There is a bright, airy kitchen and the advantage of a separate dining room, and the two bedrooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, offering a tranquil haven in which to have a refreshing night’s sleep. The luxurious bathroom has a separate shower and a spa bath perfect for unwinding. There is a small, pretty courtyard with a gas barbecue and furniture, and with all the amenities and attractions close to Bakewell this cottage is an ideal base for a holiday.

Gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine (in bathroom), dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, CD player/cassette/radio etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood-burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Parking permit provided for one car for roadside residential parking, additional parking (free) 50-100 yards from cottage. Small courtyard with furniture and gas BBQ. Two well behaved dogs welcome at £10 per pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 min walk.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The central location of the cottage. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Extra touches such as milk on arrival made the cottage more welcoming.

,Central location for traveling within the Peak District. The cottage is ideally situated in the town with plenty of excellent pubs and restaurants, and providing the opportunity for evening strolls. Walks in the area were plentiful and varied in nature.

,There is everything you will need at cottage except a needle and cotton. Everything is excellent, cant fault it and lovely and warm. Was there December with all the snow - no problems.
