Ivy Cottage is situated in the historic village of Hollington and is a traditional cottage that has been lovingly restored, but does retain some original features. The cottage sleeps four and has two bedrooms - one double and one twin, making it ideal for families. Ivy Cottage also offers a well equipped fitted kitchen, a light and airy sitting room with electric fire, a dining room and a bathroom. Outside, Ivy Cottage boats a delightful garden, which is perfect to dine and relax in after a busy day exploring the area. Hollington offers shops, pubs and stunning countryside views, whilst the market town of Ashbourne is only six miles away and offers an array of eateries, shops and Georgian buildings. Ivy Cottage is an ideal base for exploring this part of the Peak District.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,On arrival the owner made us feel very welcome. Also, the cottage was of a high standard and in a lovely quiet spot. It was also a great base from which to visit the different locations in the peak district. The garden was very dog friendly and secure. We could let him out without worrying about him roaming off.

,We had a lovely stay at Ivy Cottage, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped. On arrival we were not expecting to have milk in the fridge, a TV guide and local papers for us which was a very nice touch. Ivy Cottage was a great find for our holiday and we would highly recommend it.
