Hollies Barn, situated within the hamlet of Atlow which is just three miles from Ashbourne is a wonderful detached, former farm building that has been fully converted to provide first class accommodation. This luxury cottage sleeps four and provides two bedrooms - one double with an en-suite shower room and one ground floor twin and there is also another family bathroom. The open plan living area has a well equipped fitted kitchen, a dining area and sitting area that has exposed crook beams. The pretty garden with patio, furniture and BBQ is ideal for dining and relaxing after a busy day exploring the area, plus there is the added bonus of the use of a tennis court next door. The town of Ashbourne has many amenities, plus with the Peak District National Park and many other attractions nearby, Hollies Barn makes a perfect base.

Pricing information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

Pigs to feed each day plus lambs, a goose, sheep, cows and other livestock to see.. ideal for an almost 2 year old!!! Friendly owners, a well built and equipped barn with excellent countryside around it plus close to Alton Towers, Buxton, Height s of Abraham etc etc

,Lovely, comfortable cottage with owners next door if required. Excellent location to tour the surrounding countryside. Our two children loved seeing the pigs and the chickens at the back of the barn!
