The cottage will easily cater for seven/eight people (plus cot). Accommodation consists of: a kitchen, livingroom, four bedrooms, sittingroom/bedroom, two bathrooms and a garage and garden. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are suitable for use by those with restricted mobility.

High Barn and the village of Parwich form an ideal location from which to explore the beautiful and diverse Peak District and Derbyshire Dales. The Parish Church of St Peter dates back for centuries, and its origins are shrouded in mystery. Features from the original church on this site can be found in the present building. In addition to offering family holidays, the area is popular with ramblers, mountain-bikers and climbers.
