Hazel Cottage is a 4 star rated, 2 bedroomed holiday let at Paddock House Farm near the attractive village of Alstonefield in Derbyshire. Sleeping 4 (+2) the cottage is one of 6 similar properties sharing 5 acres of garden and overlooking some beautiful Peak District scenery. Dog kennels also available on site.
HAZEL COTTAGE DETAILS
Hazel cottage is suitable for a small family or 2 couples wishing to holiday together, The bedrooms with access to their own bath or shower room is at each end of the cottage with the kitchen and lounge separating providing each couple with an element of privacy.
Hazel is layed out all on the first floor. As you enter the cottage through your personal entrance. The master double bedroom is to the left with fitted wardrobe, large chest of draws, Double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a CD clock radio.
With en-suite shower room comprising of large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. To the right on the landing you have the Lounge with settee, bed settee, TV, DVD, Freesat, (Freeview via satellite) Video and various coffee tables.
Through the lounge you enter the kitchen/diner with ample cutlery and crockery, full oven, dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Pine dining table with seating for 6. trough the kitchen down a small hallway you have the second twin bedroom fitted with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side cabinets and a CD clock radio.
At the end of the hall way is the second bath room with bath and shower attachment, toilet and wash basin. The cottage has full central heating with thermostatic controlled radiators and constant hot water. Towels and bed linen are supplied.
All the holiday cottages at Paddock House Farm have new double glazing and full oil fired central heating with individual thermostatic controlled radiators with constant hot water (ideal for those winter breaks).
BOOKINGS & MORE DETAILS
On arrival you will be personally greeted by Mark or a member of staff who will show you around Hazel holiday cottage and other facilities.
We are open all year and we are able to accommodate at the last minute or you can book well in advance.
The arrival day is Saturday for 7 nights during Peak season. We cater for short breaks all year but during Peak season you can only book a short break within 28 days of arrival.
Short breaks start Friday for 3 nights and Monday for 4 nights.
