Glebe Cottage is a detached cottage set on the owners' two acre garden, on the edge of the hamlet of Radbourne, six miles from Derby and nine miles from Ashbourne. This cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom. There is also a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for two cars and a patio garden with patio heater, furniture and BBQ. Glebe Cottage is a wonderful cottage, close to many places of interest.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The area was superb and the cottage was very well equipped. The beds and sofa were all very comfortable with plenty of storage space available. The only thing we needed was food, even some of the condiments were supplied. A very welcoming cottage and host with a huge amount of things to do in the area. The supply of books and DVDS were great for a cosy afternoon in the rain too. A fantastic week away.
