Three separate ETC 4 star graded holiday cottages (sleeping up to 11 guests in total), finished to a high specification. These spacious cottages near Hope provide a cosy base to explore this beautiful area with the footpath network starting virtually from the door. Open fire in largest of the cottages.

Working Farm
Set on a working sheep farm and close to the owners' farmhouse, these charming cottages have been converted from redundant farm buildings using traditional materials. Full of character and nestling around a courtyard, each one is furnished and equipped to a very high standard providing a cosy base for exploring this beautiful area.

All the cottages are double-glazed and centrally heated by gas. Gas, electricity, bedlinen (duvets) and towels are included in the rent.
Parking spaces, cot and high chair available, Freesat HD colour TV teletext with teletext, DVD, radio/CD player, dishwasher (not in the Pheasant Roost) fridge/freezer and microwave. Courtyard and patio area with chairs and barbecue.
Separate laundry room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shops and pubs in the village of Hope half a mile away.

Farfield Farm
The farm is located within woodland and parkland and has a trout stream running through the land. Arrangements can be made with the owners to fly fish on this stretch of the River Noe.
The views of the surrounding hills are some of the finest in the area and you can join the footpath network straight from the doorstep.

Situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park, the Hope Valley is an excellent centre for visiting may attractions... Castleton with its Blue John caverns, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the plague village of Eyam.
THE HOPE VALLEY
For walkers, the famous Pennine Way starts at Edale only four miles away. The market town of Bakewell (famous for its puddings), the spa town of Buxton and the limestone villages of the southern Peak District are within half an hour's drive.
