Clematis Cottage is a stone built, detached cottage located in the small village of Baslow on the edge of the Chatsworth Estate in the Peak District National Park. With one double and one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a freestanding Victorian style bath, this cottage can sleep four people in comfort. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a comfy sitting room with a woodburner effect gas stove whilst outside the cottage is a front patio with furniture and arbour. Clematis Cottage is next door to a shop and just a short walk from the local pub which makes this cottage a perfect base for exploring this lovely area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage was charmingly and sympathetically decorated and offered us everything that we could need. There was plenty of room for the four of us and it was very well equipped.
