Calico Cottage - a wonderful new barn conversion for 2. With marvellous walks, literally from the doorstep (and down to the 16th century local food pub too if you prefer!) this is the holiday cottage that people dream about. If you're looking to get away from it all - but you'd prefer to do it in style, Calico Cottage is the perfect Peak District pied a terre, bolt hole, call it what you like!

We have 2 hybrid cycles (adults) plus helmets available for loan. Why not arrive by train (tiny Hope 'Station') and we'll arrange to collect you? Then you can forget the car and tour the Hope Valley (Castleton, Ladybower etc) on your bikes! Assuming you're both fit enough that is!
