Braemar House Farm is a family run 200 acre working dairy farm offering the warmest of stays. Located in the heart of the Peak District, on the outskirts of the village of Earl Sterndale, the Victorian farmhouse sits 1,200 ft above sea level and has spectacular views over the Derbyshire Peaks to the distant Staffordshire moorlands.

Accommodation
Our accommodation comprises of two rooms, a double and a twin bedroom (which can be turned into a double). Both rooms are en suite with power showers, and have tea/coffee making facilities, TV and a hairdryer. Guests also have their own private lounge/dining room and are encouraged to make use of the garden with its stunning views.

We provide a hearty farmhouse breakfast, including fresh seasonal fruit, yoghurt and cereals as well as a traditional full English breakfast. Afternoon tea awaits you on your arrival with home baked cakes from the farm house kitchen.

Location
Braemar House Farm is situated near to the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border and therefore provides the ideal base for exploring the Peak District. The market towns of Buxton, Bakewell and Ashbourne are only a short drive away, and other attractions such as Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are all within easy reach.

The area is ideal for walking offering superb scenery and the peaks of High Wheeldon, Chrome Hill and Parkhouse Hill are within walking distance of the farm. Dovedale, Lathkill Dale and the Manifold valley are also only a short journey away. The High Peak and Tissington Cycle Trials are close by and provide easy cycling, bikes can be hired locally or bring your own and we can offer safe storage.
