Tariff
Bed and Breakfast is £45 per person per night including a full English Breakfast with locally sourced produce or alternative to suit your requirements. For self catering visit our self catering entries.
           Cooking facilities may be available in the evenings, use of the kitchen will be charged at an extra £5 per night.

To make a booking, please telephone in the first instance. We require a deposit of £45.00 per room to confirm a booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Both properties are in beautiful locations with lovely views and private gardens, surrounded by pastureland. Guests will have the use of a shared dining room and lounge.
·         All rooms have LCD TV,s with freeview and WiFi access.
·         A BBQ is available should you wish or we can provide evening meals on request, alternatively we are just 1 mile from Ashbourne with its many restaurants and take away facilities.
·         Tea and coffee making facilities are available. Guest tray with fruit or cake/biscuits provided.
·         Clocks and hairdryers are provided.
·         Pampering treatments can be arranged for guests of 4 or more.
·         Sauna at Billys Bothy.
 
We have 5 double and 2 twin en suite rooms available all fitted and furnished to a high standard. We also have rooms which may have the sole use of the master bathroom.
Whether you are here for business or pleasure we will aim to make your stay comfortable and relaxing within beautiful surroundings.

Centrally located in Derbyshire we are the perfect location for all the many attractions Derbyshire has to offer. We are just a mile from the pretty market town of Ashbourne and within 35 minutes of Bakewell, Matlock or Buxton. This means you have the opportunity to enjoy, Carsington Water, Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, Haddon, Sudbury and Kedleston Halls. The Midland Steam railway, Crich Tramway museum, the Derwent Heritage Trail, Heights of Abraham and Wirksworth Stone centre are close by.
There are some lovely walks from the doorstep or you may wish to explore the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, Dovedale is just a few miles away. Paintball, clay pigeon shooting, karting, archery, cycling, pony trekking activities are all available closeby.
