Full details: ETC 4 stars & Gold Award rated - Stonecroft - a second generation family run guest house in Edale - is at the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District and the lovely Hope Valley.
- Stonecroft is ideal for the walker, naturalist, geologist or just plain lover of the outdoors with regular visits from badgers, cuckoos, herons and woodpeckers.
- The house is Victorian in style although it was built using local Derbyshire stone in the early 1900's. It still features the original stained glass windows and other features from that period. Many of the heathers in the garden were planted when the house was first built and nothing can be more relaxing than afternoon tea during the summer taken in the garden where an air of peace and tranquility abounds.

THE KINDER SUITE - from £74.00
- Luxury bedding on the handmade canopied double bed, with pine furniture, creates a romantic setting in this comfortable room with spectacular views towards Kinder Scout.
- En-suite shower room with WC.

BACK TOR ROOM - from £64.00
- A slightly smaller room than the Kinder Suite, but with luxury bedding on the handmade canopied double bed and the sun streaming through the stained glass window in the morning, this pretty double-bedded room has a fresh romantic atmosphere.
- Wonderful views across the Edale Valley to Mam Tor Ridge.
- Private shower and WC.

- Your host is a qualified Chef and has won numerous prizes for her culinary skills as well as a scholarship to Holland to study catering there.
