Full details: Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Mayfield Cottage affords fantastic views across to Riber Castle is south facing and also enjoys panoramic views over the Derwent Valley. The cottage retains a wealth of old-world charm with a Wood Burning stove in the spacious lounge.

More Information
There are three bedrooms sleeping up to five people. A well fitted kitchen and large dining conservatory enjoying stunning views. There are two bath rooms one on the ground floor with shower and the master bathroom upstairs. The cottage is situated along a private driveway with a large private parking area. There are two gardens, the main garden has a patio / BBQ area with views across open fields with a further rear courtyard garden catching the morning sun.

Lounge
We have a large lounge area with a flat screen TV and DVD plus a wood burning fire for you to relax at the end of the day.

Dining Conservatory
There is a fantastic dining conservatory with stunning views across the valley and the large main garden.

Modern Kitchen
A modern Kitchen with a Belfast Sink and wooden floors. Also a range size gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. Plus a wood burning fire to make it toasty in the winter. In addition there is a utility room with down stairs toilet and additional shower, plus washing machine, dryer and boot room.
At the other end of the kitchen is a breakfast room conservatory, enjoying the morning sun and looks out to the rear court yard garden.

Bedrooms
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two large doubles and a single plus a modern bathroom with toilet bath and powerful shower.


Outside
The private rear garden also has a shed for bike storage and is accessed via a lockable gate and is totally secure.

Outside is a private driveway with parking for several cars, a large main garden surrounded by open fields with private patio / BBQ area. Plus the rear courtyard garden.
