Full details: Sleeps 4, 2 dogs allowed, wood burning stove. Bakewell holiday cottage. This pretty 19th century cottage, carefully restored by the owners, offers the comfort of modern living, in tune with country charm featuring a traditional stone fireplace and woodburning stove.

General Information
Located 400 yards form the heart of Bakewell and easily accessible for walks and quiet tracks in the open countryside of the Peak District. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall close by. Bakewell is a visitor destination all year round. Cafes, Bars and Restaurants all within easy walking distance. Knoll cottage is easy to find on the south side of the Church and residents permit parking is provided free of charge. This is located around the Church. Parking at the cottage is for unloading/loading only.

Ground floor: Lounge, dining room with parquet floor, kitchen.

First floor: 2 bedrooms - two single beds plus a full-size single foldaway bed for 5th person, 1 King-size bed with pretty canopy, bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath,shower cubicle, toilet & basin.

Wood burning stove. Full gas central heating system. First basket of fuel for fire, elec, bed linen (duvets) & towels inc. Remainder fuel for fire available locally. Colour TV, DVD player and video. Stereo/CD. Library of books and films available. Gas hob & oven. D/washer. M/wave. W/machine. Enclosed courtyard with sitting out area & furniture. BBQ.
Two pets welcome at £10 per week per dog. Non smokers only.
