Full details: The residential, dog and muddy boot friendly Horse and Jockey is a popular Tideswell (fondly known as Tidza) locals pub that serves cask-conditioned beers from award winning Whim Ales and the organically produced Marble beers from Manchester. Guest beers include Moravka, an unpasteurised Czech lager brewed locally in the village of Taddington.

Good standard b&b accommodation is available with 5 letting rooms offering a range of configurations. Real fires, good pub food and the local flavour make the unpretentious Horse & Jockey a favourite with the village locals and visitors alike - the pub would make a great base for a group of mates looking for a Peak District walking holiday, for instance.
