Beautifully situated
The house is set in 3/4 of an acre of sheltered south facing gardens, enjoying uninterrupted views over the Derwent valley, all of which are available for guests to enjoy.

The gardens are an ideal setting for guests to enjoy a drink and for those of you with children there is plenty of space for them to let off any unspent energy.

A further delightful feature of the setting is the Historic Peak steam railway which can be seen from the house running between Matlock and Rowsley at weekends and most days during peak times, helping to create an atmosphere of a bygone era.

Holmefield provides plenty of well lit parking space with ample turning room.
