Full details: Under new ownership and management for 2007 the Charles Cotton Hotel is undergoing a transformation with new restaurant now open (late December 2006) and a programme of improvements planned across all areas of the property and business in readiness for early Spring 2007 when the hotel will be returned to its former glory.

- With a total of 16 en-suite bedrooms (10 in the hotel and 6 in the annexe), brand new a la carte restaurant, welcoming and cosy open fires, quality bar meals, a choice of 4 locally brewed traditional beers (Whim Ales) and old-fashioned tea rooms.. new managers Tracy and Clive welcome visitors and locals alike to the re-vitalised Charles Cotton hotel in the attractive and very popular Peak District village of Hartington, complete with village pond, Stilton Cheese maker and walks into Beresford Dale, Dovedale and beyond.
