This charming, semi-detached town house is on the outskirts of the village of Bradwell and is set over three floors. The property has been restored thoughtfully to afford welcoming and comfortable accommodation throughout. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, a single and a double, which share the use of an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom, with its fabulous views over Bradwell, is on the second floor and has its own en-suite shower. The well-equipped kitchen has a dining area and is open plan with the warm, relaxing sitting room that which has a woodburner, ideal for cosy evenings relaxing. Outside there is a delightful front garden and the property makes an ideal base for exploring this lovely location.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The cottage was in a lovely spot with good walks from the door and beautiful views from the windows. There was a lot of useful information about the locality for us to browse through. There are very good places to eat and drink nearby and the locals were very friendly and helpful.
