2 Brookside Cottage is a mid-terraced cottage set by the river in Nether End, the old part of Baslow, on the very doorstep of the magnificent Chatsworth Estate in the Peak District National Park. With two double bedrooms and one twin as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a well equipped kitchen, a summer room with a dining table and a sitting room with a woodburning stove in the inglenook fireplace. Outside the cottage is a small rear yard and a front seating area overlooking the river. Being so well situated for exploring the Peak District, 2 Brookside Cottage is the perfect holiday home for a relaxing break.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Although there were six adults, a baby and a dog, we loved the cottage. It had everything we needed and the location was really good - off the main road, walks to Chatsworth grounds and up on to Baslow Edge without getting in the car! Sun trap patio by the river was a hit as well.

,Convenient location for Chatsworth - by car or the lovely walk from almost the doorstep. Baslow has all you need close by, from the Devonshire Arms just around the corner, to the Cafe on the Green - even closer for a proper breakfast! The cottage is cosy and comfortable, an ideal place to relax in a quiet location.
